Arjuna Award: Fast bowler of Indian team Mohammed Shami was given Arjuna Award by President Droupadi Murmu in a regal ceremony on 9th January Tuesday. After receiving the Arjuna Award, India’s star fast bowler Mohammed Shami has made a big announcement.
Shami has claimed that he will be available for the five-Test series against England starting January 25. Shami received this award for his brilliant performance in the World Cup. Shami took 24 wickets at an average of 10.70 in the World Cup and was instrumental in taking India to the final.

Shami is currently suffering from an ankle injury and due to this there are questions about his performance in the Test series against England. After the defeat in the World Cup final, PM Modi consoled Mohammad Shami.
